Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in 200,000 sq ft facility
- Accurately inventory and transport goods between warehouse zones
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and documentation
- Participate in monthly safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
