Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Safely load/untractors and transport materials to designated areas
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization during downtime
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
