Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Optimize storage space utilization in 150,000 sq ft facility
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (required)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Availability to work flexible night schedules (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Preferred: Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks
