Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-traffic warehouse environments
- Load/unload trailers with precision using electric pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift safety training and hazard recognition expertise
- Basic computer literacy for WMS operations
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
