Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment before/daily shifts to ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory counts and document material movements in warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere strictly to 5S safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization improvements
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 48 hours
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience in warehouse/logistics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for early morning/late night shifts
