Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move materials from trucks, railcars, or staging areas to designated storage locations.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, including proper PPE usage and equipment maintenance checks.
- Organize warehouse aisles to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
- Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
