Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load and unload trucks and pallets.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Organize, stack, and label inventory according to established safety and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting processes as required.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL not required but preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging daily activities.
