Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely receive and dispatch merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and scan items to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and prepare documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and counting inventory.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to follow instructions and complete training programs.
