Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with team to optimize material flow and productivity
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, staging)
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
