Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts using scanning equipment (RF scanners).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Handle heavy pallets and packages with care to prevent damage.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety orientation.
- Valid Driver's License (for sit-down forklift positions).
