Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from vehicles and loading docks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement and organization.
- Package and label products for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist in training new hires and supporting team operations during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) is a plus.
