Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and stock merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secure and organized.
- Inspect machinery daily for proper maintenance and safety compliance.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding workflow and issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License or ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (loading dock area).
- Previous forklift experience is a plus, but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Must be available for immediate start.
