Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing inventory.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements using warehouse management software.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class A, B, or C) is preferred; on-the-job training available for certified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory checks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
