Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and conveyors, verifying quantities and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S standards.
- Perform regular safety checks on machinery and report any issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10 or 30 Forklift Certification is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift operation experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
