Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Inspect equipment for defects and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid forklift license (Class 1 or Class 3) or be willing to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and paperwork.
