Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack products safely within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring all cargo is secured properly for transport.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for reading shipping labels and performing inventory counts.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
