Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying inventory against shipping manifests.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily for damage or maintenance needs before operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with inventory management by tagging, labeling, and stocking merchandise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Valid driver's license (sometimes required for yard duties).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
