Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/distribution environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and electric carts
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via RF scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Complete daily shift reports and equipment inspection logs
- Support warehouse reorganization and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- RF scanning experience preferred
- Clean background check and drug-free
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Warehouse safety training certification (or willingness to obtain)
