Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload materials efficiently and safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, strictly adhering to 5S standards.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate placement of stock in designated racking areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and shipping schedules.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret warehouse maps and labels.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) with a clean driving record.
