Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting.
- Load, unload, and move pallets and materials to designated storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CFA/OSHA).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
