Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products efficiently.
- Ensure all materials are stored correctly and organized to maintain a safe workspace.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on all forklifts and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Document inventory movements and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (CDL Class A/B or specific forklift license required).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Basic computer skills for logging work hours and inventory.
