Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements using RF scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping, receiving, and storage processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (Valid and current).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
