Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues before operation to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow efficiency.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse area and equipment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (required).
- 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
