Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones following OSHA standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
