Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Stand-up, Reach, and Pallet Jack) to load and unload materials with precision and speed.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure proper working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to optimize warehouse flow and retrieval processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
