Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Verify product accuracy and quality before shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory with proper labeling
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and warehouse safety concerns
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital devices
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
