Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Accurately pick, scan, and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA compliance
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-certified preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Clear communication skills and teamwork mentality
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check and drug screen required
