Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse facilities
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Load/unload shipments with accurate documentation and inventory tracking
- Maintain organized storage systems and efficient material flow
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
