Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock and materials, and record inventory accurately.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility.
- Perform daily cycle counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-70 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus but we provide training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
