Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or forklift to and from trailers, storage areas, and production lines.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of inventory movements, including stock counts and cycle counts.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs to supervisors immediately.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including packing, labeling, and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
