- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to identify any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we offer paid training).
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
