Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Pack and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners (training provided).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but a plus).
