Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning items and maintaining accurate logs.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Inspect equipment for any maintenance needs and report issues immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding lifting, handling, and material safety.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- No prior forklift experience required; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
