Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move materials within warehouse and yard
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize material flow
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (outdoor yard operations)
