Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Load/unload shipments accurately while maintaining inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization tasks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational needs
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
