Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory tracking systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts and warehouse machinery
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing warehouse materials
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Michigan driver's license
