Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance checks before each shift.
- Manage inventory accurately by scanning items and updating stock systems.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and logging.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
