Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, Pallet Jack) to safely load, unload, and transport materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts and digital logging.
- Ensure all warehouse equipment is inspected, cleaned, and maintained in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets efficiently.
- Properly tag, stage, and organize products for shipping and receiving processes.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and material handling best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
