Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down, etc.) to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts daily for mechanical issues and report any necessary maintenance.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks in compliance with shipping and receiving protocols.
- Assist in the packing and palletizing of goods for outbound shipping.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all products handled.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Must provide valid license/certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
