Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize and stack inventory in designated storage areas to maximize space utilization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and document any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CDL Class A/B not required, but preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fresno facility.
