Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all material movements
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in unloading shipments and organizing stock in designated areas
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
