Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload palletized goods
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation of warehouse activities
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and proper equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues promptly
- Support loading/unloading of trucks with efficient turnaround times
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
