Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory counts and assist with warehouse organization protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times
- Document activities and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
