Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Manage inventory counts and assist with cycle counts using RF scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to prevent accidents
- Document all material movements in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift operator license preferred
