Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily inventory checks and stock counts to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently, ensuring cargo security during transport.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Must provide valid certification documentation).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with available overtime.
