Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload materials.
- Conduct routine pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and ensure stock organization is orderly.
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including sweeping and organizing work areas.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
