Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all warehouse activities
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Assist in warehouse organization and maintaining clean work areas
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
