Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by counting stock and inspecting pallets for damage.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the forklift and surrounding aisles.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Proven experience operating heavy industrial machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
