Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred, but willing to train).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or equivalent).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
