Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation (e.g., pick tickets, packing slips).
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies while working.
- Inspect equipment for maintenance needs and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep the warehouse area organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified Forklift Operator license (Counterbalance or Reach Truck).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
